1969
Lorenzo Víctor Salamanca and a group of collaborators begin their activity in the field of Energy Saving and Conservation, specialising in studies for the optimisation of electrical energy costs (EDC), pioneering in Comprehensive Energy Consumption Reduction Studies (EDCR)
Under the name PAI: Industrial Projects and Consulting, they offer advice on how to rationalise and optimise the use and consumption of energy.
1972
LV Salamanca y Asociados Ingenieros Consultores, S.A. is founded, as an Engineering company, in Madrid, and opens head offices on Madrid's Avenida Mediterráneo. Offices are then opened in Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia, Seville, Santander, Valladolid, Zaragoza and Palma de Mallorca.
1974
Elecsa, S.A., a company specialised in electrical and mechanical installations at a national level, is founded. The Engineering company changes its name to LV Salamanca Ingenieros, S.A. Its area of activity is expanded to include industrial, commercial projects... etc. First Energy Saving projects in Portugal.
1977
Engineering and electrical and mechanical installation work is carried out for Spain's second largest hypermarket, Pryca, today Carrefour.
